George’s passion for cell phones is immediately clear when entering his small shop in Baniyas, Syria. He took part in training courses, practiced a lot by handling old cell phones, studying them, dismantling them and reassembling them. In a short time, he acquired considerable expertise. I can offer them a better service and faster times.” The man also welcomed the challenge of reciprocity, without fearing future competition: it has in fact begun to gradually train young people who want to learn how to repair cell phones.
