The Covid-19 healthcare emergency is hurting a large number of entrepreneurs everywhere in the world. In Brazil, in the most vulnerable areas, all the business activities have come to a complete stop and young start-up entrepreneurs have to cope with that. Conscious of the problem, the National Association of the Economy of Communion (ANPECOM) started the Project: “Entrepreneur of myself”.
It aims to offer emotional and motivational support to young entrepreneurs affected by the socio-economical and healthcare crisis created by COVID-19, offering a safe space where each of them can come in contact with his or her better self. The program provides group coaching sessions and collective tutoring in line with the management style proposed by economy of communion and by the emotional intelligence theory to promote self-awareness, awareness of your own skills, management of your emotions, personal resilience, the ability to cope with change, and the creation of a plan for your personal life.
Main activities:
– Remote tutoring and support on themes such as knowing yourself, personal and social emotional awareness, Economy of Communion, resilience and dealing with change, social solidarity circle, and how to promote reciprocity.
