In Italy it is extremely difficult for the youth to gain access to jobs and reestablish social connections. This is true for both the Italians living in substandard conditions and foreigners who may struggle to integrate.
The Making System Beyond Hospitality project is a program that wants to help them, offering practical solutions and facilitating the inclusion of vulnerable people thanks to training, job seeking, and social integration.
The Making System Beyond Hospitality project facilitates the inclusion of youth, minors, and adults, both Italians and foreigners, in jobs and social activities at local level.
The Program hinges on the creation of a national network made of families, companies, associations, and institutions. But more importantly, it is made of people, social actors with the ability to interact, collaborate, and facilitate the inclusion of the weakest ones into our society.
Activities:
Professional training and internship, and subsequent job placement in employed or self-employed jobs;
Higher education courses for immigration services operators and young cultural mediators;
A pool of professional operators will be drafting plans for financial independence, and assessing competence and personal skills;
Helping people to have their own home;
We are organising a national network of companies and families with local centres to facilitate reception of the youth involved and helping them to integrate into the local socio-economic fabric.
