“A big thank you from the bottom of our hearts both for thinking of us and for your gestures of support. Providence is watching over all of us! Over us and over Lebanon!” Gratitude is a great strength for the workers who are providing help despite the difficulties caused by Covid-19.
Unfortunately, partial and even total lockdowns in some areas, restrictions on movement from 6 pm in almost all of the whole country and the fact that some of those involved in the project live outside Beirut, are making the distribution of aid more difficult.
However, these difficulties have not discouraged those involved with Humanité Nouvelle, Liban – the project’s local partner, who gain strength every day from the gratitude shown by the people they have reached for what they have been able to achieve. The following is one of the messages received that we want to share with all of you who are responding with great warmth and strength to the call to raise funds for the emergency.
