Emergency aid has reached families in need in Lebanon.
Our goal was for aid to reach them before the festive period, and we succeeded!
Thanks to the dedication of volunteers and members of staff we were able to achieve our goal of delivering 500 crates of food and hygiene products, in a spirit of great cooperation, efficiency and solidarity, with moments of exchange and mutual understanding, perhaps during a coffee break.
Seeing vans loaded with goods leaving one after the other, and knowing they would reach lots of families during the festive period, families who in recent months continue to suffer and are living in serious difficulty because of the serious economic and social crisis Lebanon is going through, has been the greatest thanksgiving.
Soon we will recommence activities to provide the next batch of aid with the same strength and will to stand by whoever is currently trying to survive and keep looking to the future.
