Colours, imagination and the desire to send a message of affection to those going through difficult times.
That’s all that was needed for the children aged 5 to 9 years old who are part of the international project known as “Living Peace” to prepare colourful mandalas to send to all those involved in the “LiberarSé – Refuge of Hope” project in Mexico.
The shelter’s guests are currently on a programme of reintegration into society and employment having completed the programme to overcome drug addiction.
The children’s drawings give them hope and courage and the children were really keen to keep in touch with those who are going through a difficulty time but want to be reborn and start again.
