Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate in defining the communication and fundraising strategy together with the Management and in synergy with the organization’s guidelines
- Coordinate the working group dedicated to institutional communication and fundraising
- Develop the annual programming and the operational plan for communication and fundraising on and off line, with indication of the budget
- Coordinate the processing of texts and materials
- Develop donor retention, acquisition and solicitation strategies
- Carry out data analysis, in close collaboration with the person in charge of updating and managing the donor database
- Develop and coordinate the editorial plans relating to the communication of the various projects in close coordination with the local referents
Required skills
- Degree in communication, fundraising or economics, marketing or equivalent with specific training in fundraising and communication
- At least three years of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of relational databases, communication tools and on and off-line fundraising channels
- Digital fundraising, direct mailing and email marketing skills
- Good writing and word processing skills both offline and online
- Knowledge and experience in managing websites via CRM WordPress
- Technical knowledge of the main social media
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Office applications
- Ability to design and produce graphic and video content (in particular using CANVA or specific software and FILMORA or other software).

- Knowledge of the context of international cooperation
- Availability to travel locally and nationally and, if requested, to the countries of intervention
- Good knowledge of another language, in addition to Italian and English, including French, Spanish, Portuguese
- Coordinate with the Management and the relevant sectors in defining financial support strategies for projects and in managing relationships with financiers;
- Monitor and analyze the different funding opportunities and identify those most suitable to support AMU international cooperation and education projects;
Contract type
Fixed-term employment contract (12 months) full time (38h), with prospect of stabilization.
