Work is in full swing on the rehabilitation of existing hydraulic infrastructure that needs to be brought back into operation. The affected section is between the Nyaruseke and Murama hills.
In recent weeks, the materials needed to continue the work planned for the Water Source of Life and Development project have been delivered.
What does rehabilitation involve?
In this area, the replacement of damaged public fountains and non-functioning hydraulic accessories is planned, as well as the
repair of those tanks that have leaks.
In short, everything that is essential to bring back into service the infrastructure that is no longer operational , improving access to drinking water in the province of Cibitoke, Burundi.

We remind you that the construction of ten tanks and nineteen public fountains is planned, some of which will be located near four schools.
