From 24 to 27 April, the city of Porto (Portugal) will become the center of a global movement of dialogue, education and concrete commitment for peace. Young leaders, ambassadors of peace, educators and experts from all over the world will gather for the second International Congress of Young Ambassadors and Leaders of Peace and the First international scientific day , promoted by Living Peace International .
April 24 – First international scientific day
The First international scientific day is scheduled for April 24, an entire day dedicated to academic reflection on the theme of peace. University professors and researchers will alternate in an interdisciplinary mosaic, in which the importance of the Dice of Peace in psychotherapy or pedagogy will be illustrated.
April 25-27 – International Congress of Young Ambassadors and Peace Leaders
From 25 to 27 April, the Congress will be a platform for exchange and sharing: stories, projects, visions that tell how local commitment can generate global change.
From the testimonies of young people from every continent to participatory workshops, through round tables and artistic moments (even the musical interludes represent a moment of meeting and exchange), the Congress program is a call to action: for a more fraternal volunteering, for global citizenship, for a more equitable world.
There will be no shortage of symbolic moments, such as the appointment of the new Ambassadors of Peace , to seal the commitment of many young people who want to be protagonists of a more united world.
