We relaunch the Cipsi Press Release regarding the amendments regarding the Universal Civil Service and withdrawn from the Relaunch Decree.

Guido Barbera, president of Cipsi – coordination of 37 associations of solidarity and international cooperation -, with 52 reception bodies for the Universal Civil Service connected to Cipsi – in reference to the amendments withdrawn from the Relaunch Decree declared: “After the many beautiful words and promises of presidents and ministers, after seven amendments of all parties in support of the Italian Universal Civil Service, the facts in the chamber have unmasked the sad reality of a country where parliamentarians do not represent the demands of civil society and their words no longer have any credibility. We do not deserve this. The young people of the Universal Civil Service are the most beautiful and authentic testimony of the defense of the positive values of our country. Instead of spending absurd billions on weapons to kill, give our country the resources for education, schools, health, work and the defense of the homeland by building solidarity and coexistence. If you are not capable of it, at least do not make Pinocchio-like promises.”
