On Saturday, 25th February the new headquarters of the Foundation Koz Kazah, our counterparts for projects in Egypt was inaugurated.
«We are very grateful to all of you for the support that you are giving, says Magdy Mishraky (director of the Foundation). This support has enabled Koz Kazah to renew itself and now we can celebrate the opening of the new headquarters.»
Over the years, the desire had grown to extend the social action of Koz Kazah outside the Shubra neighbourhood. This is where it all began and where until now the activities were carried out. And in the future we dream of the new centres that may arise outside of Cairo.
The inauguration will be an opportunity to meet with operators and representatives of the cooperation, enterprises and government institutions, consolidating the network of relations woven over the years to pursue together the common good.
«Our best wishes for this event – Francesco Tortorella, head of AMU project area, responding to our Koz Kazah friends. We are really happy for this important step and we appreciate the great effort that you are making to serve vulnerable people even better than you have already been doing. We feel that we are walking together, supporting each other and learning from each other, like a family.»

Si inaugura sabato 25 febbraio la nuova sede della Fondazione Koz Kazah, nostra controparte per i progetti in Egitto.
«Siamo molto grati a tutti voi per il sostegno che ci state dando, scrive Magdy Mishraky, direttore della Fondazione, un sostegno che ha permesso a Koz Kazah di rinnovarsi ed ora di celebrare l’apertura della nuova sede.»
Nel corso degli anni era cresciuto il desiderio di estendere l’azione sociale di Koz Kazah fuori del quartiere di Shubra dove tutto era cominciato e dove finora si erano svolte le attività. E il desiderio non finisce qui: c’è il sogno di nuovi centri che possano sorgere in futuro anche fuori del Cairo.
L’inaugurazione sarà anche l’occasione di incontrare operatori e rappresentanti della cooperazione, delle imprese e di istituzioni governative, consolidando quella rete di rapporti tessuta negli anni per perseguire insieme il bene comune.
«I nostri migliori auguri per questo evento – risponde agli amici di Koz Kazah Francesco Tortorella, responsabile dell’ufficio progetti. Siamo davvero felici per questo passo importante e abbiamo apprezzato il grande sforzo che state facendo per servire le persone vulnerabili ancor meglio di quanto già avete fatto. Sentiamo che stiamo camminando insieme, sostenendoci a vicenda e imparando gli uni dagli altri, come in una famiglia.»
